Video Coverage/Scouting:
We offer a video prospects coverage and scouting service for all teams. Whether it be an NHL team looking for video of an OHL or QMJHL player, we can cover it. If a QMJHL team is looking for video on a Midget, JrA or Jr B prospect we can also do it. This also applies to NCAA and Prep teams. We also give in depth scouting reports. Working for HPO Hockey:
Our fastly growing company is looking to expand. We are in search of Sport writers, Scouts and contributors to join our team. HPO is an excellent place for you to get your first step in the field you are seeking. Our volunteers must be energetic and ready to voice there opinion at any time. We are looking for people who know the game. This is an asset. Even though it is volunteer task,we can also hire you based on your performance or can getyou another job with a Junior team. Not everyone that applies will be accepted.
We are looking for the cream of the crop.
Jobs Available:
Video: We are looking for individuals who can get us hockey footage. The footage we would need would be from all over the world. The Q.M.J.H.L. could use the footage from overseas for their import draft. We will also take video from fans or parents. The video can be taken from a digital picture camera. For the past 2 years I have been using a mini DV camera. When we first started, we used a digital picture camera. Most digital cameras can take video. We are not asking for a full game. It can be 2 minutes here 3 minutes there. It doesnt seem alot, however if you went to 20 games and videotaped 2 minutes a game that would give us 40 extra minutes of video that we did not have.

Scouting: We need several scouts that are able to follow Quebec hockey, Ontario Hockey, U.S Hockey and overseas. Even though it's volunteer, HPO Hockey do sign our scouts after a year of working with us. Some scouts who are now in the Q, the O and NCAA first got their start with HPO Hockey
Hockey Writers: HPO can be your starting point that may launch you to the top of the writing world. We need writers of all type.
Photographers: This can be anyone. Send us your hockey pictures and we will post them on our site. We will also need a person who can take pictures for us at tournaments.
